Welcome to JewelleryAcquisition.com ("we", "us", "our"). By sending your jewellery to us, you ("you", "your") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We specialise in buying antique and vintage jewellery outright from private individuals across the UK.

2. Who Can Use Our Service

  • You must be 18 years or older.

  • You must be a UK resident.

  • You must be the legal owner of the jewellery you’re selling.

  • We require proof of ID and may request supporting evidence of ownership (such as documentation, photos, or inheritance details).

3. What We Offer

  • We provide free, no-obligation valuations.

  • If you accept our offer, we pay you by bank transfer within 24 hours.

  • Our offers are based on current retail market values — not scrap.

  • Once an offer is accepted and payment is made, the sale is final.

4. Complimentary Shipping & Insurance

  • We send a complimentary shipping kit to safely send your item to us.

  • Items sent using our shipping service are insured up to £2,500.

  • Additional insurance or special arrangements can be discussed for high-value items.

5. Valuation Limits

  • Minimum accepted item value: £100

  • Maximum accepted item value: £10,000

We specialise in antique and vintage jewellery, so please reach out before sending in modern or non-precious items.

6. Our Offer Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll make a firm offer.

  • That offer is valid for 7 days.

  • If declined or not accepted within 7 days, the item is returned free of charge.

  • Once an offer is accepted, payment is final and the item becomes our property.

7. Anti-Fraud & Legal Compliance

  • We operate in compliance with UK anti-money-laundering laws.

  • By submitting an item, you confirm it is not stolen, subject to dispute, or under any lien.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

8. Your Privacy

  • Any personal information you provide (such as ID or banking details) is handled securely.

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

  • If you choose not to use our insured shipping method, you do so at your own risk.

  • Once payment has been issued, no returns, refunds, or reversals are available.
